DOSS is hiring a Systems Implementation Engineer to lead end‑to‑end client implementations, bridging business processes with ERP configurations. You will work closely with US and PH FDS teams across the project lifecycle to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has deep ERP knowledge, strong data skills, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset. This role offers exposure to global clients and growth within a fast‑growing startup.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Excellent English communication (C1/C2).
• 2–5+ years in system implementation or business operations.

Aufgaben

• Assist US FDPMs in managing install activities and system implementation across the full lifecycle (discovery → design → build → UAT → rollout → support).
• Prepare client deliverables such as process documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials.
• Analyze client processes and data focusing on supply chain (procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing).
• Document and optimize business processes, configure systems, test, and troubleshoot.
• Provide post go‑live hypercare support and triage issues with cross‑functional teams.
