Qualifications

• Must have a STEM degree with significant management experience.
• Experience in Operations Analysis, Modeling & Simulation, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
• Experience leading an engineering team or project.
• Familiarity with AGILE/SCRUM Master, MBSE with CAMEO, DODAF 2.0.
• Experience with AFSIM Modeling and SIM.
• Active US Government Secret clearance or higher; sustained eligibility for SAP clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead a section of systems engineers (15-20 personnel).
• Instruct, mentor and champion agile concepts and processes.
• Hire, develop, train, and retain section talent across university and experienced hires.
• Provide leadership and performance management; drive engagement and corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, resource balancing, and critical issue resolution.
• Promote professional development and an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Ensure assignments connect team effort to broader program goals.
