Northrop Grumman in Roy, UT seeks a Systems Engineering Manager 2 to lead a multi-disciplinary team in the Sentinel program. You will coordinate across Systems Engineering, System Test, Global Supply Chain and IPTs to deliver hardware and milestones, while guiding both individual contributors and a functional management team.

The role blends hands-on engineering (80%) with people leadership (20%), requires active Secret clearance, and a 9/80 schedule with relocation assistance options.

Qualifications

• US citizen with active Secret clearance at application time
• Ability to obtain SAP approval within a reasonable period
• Experience in aerospace or defense sector
• Experience with EVM/CAM – baseline, variance analysis, reporting

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to decompose technical requirements, develop complete and verifiable requirements, and conduct trade studies
• Ensure team members have the required training, tools, and access to perform design engineering responsibilities
• Develop and review engineering packages for product lifecycle management release
