Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Sentinel Director 1 of System Security Engineering in Roy, Utah to lead a cross-functional team on the Sentinel program.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance and strong leadership across security disciplines including cyber, hardware/software assurance, OPSEC, and CPI protection. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 10+ years of related experience, or Master’s and 8+ years.
• Active TS clearance at time of application with SCI eligibility.
• Experience leading teams or organizations toward common goals.
• Experience with program financial controls and performance dashboards (CAM, EVMS).

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead a multi-disciplinary team across CONUS for System Security Engineering activities.
• Oversee requirements, architecture, threat and vulnerability analysis, and RMF-based assessments and authorization.
• Ensure protection of CPI/CT, DFARS 252.204-7012, and supply chain security across programs.
• Deliver strategic planning, cost/schedule delivery, and risk mitigation within program baselines.
