Qualifications

• Bachelors in engineering/technical field with 8+ years of experience or MS with 6+ years.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities; capable of problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of engineers on multiple initiatives including follow-on contracts and new business growth.
• Guide adherence to SEIT processes and manage cost, schedule, and technical quality for SEIT execution.
• Manage staffing, workload forecasting, performance reviews, and career development; collaborate with talent acquisition.
