Qualifications

• Experience leading systems engineering across large-scale programs.
• Proven ability to manage architecture, interfaces, requirements, and verification.
• Strong communication and leadership in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle from concept to operations.
• Develop and maintain baselines with traceability from mission objectives to requirements.
• Guide system integration across disciplines and external partners.
• Oversee verification planning and documentation; ensure configuration control.
