You will guide architecture, requirements, interfaces, verification, and program integration while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in systems engineering, product development, or complex programs.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams or cross-functional groups.
• Experience applying systems engineering through full lifecycle of large systems.
• Experience developing architectures, requirements, interfaces, and verification plans.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in technical environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Balancing strategic leadership with hands-on technical work.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering across concept to operations lifecycle.
• Maintain program-level technical baselines with traceability.
• Lead requirements, interfaces, and architecture development.
• Coordinate system integration across disciplines and partners.
• Oversee verification, validation planning and execution.
• Ensure configuration management and change control.
• Provide hands-on support for critical technical challenges.
