Job summary

Gogo is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to lead and grow a hands-on team within a tightly integrated development environment. You will shepherd system requirements into architectures, guide cross-functional groups through the product lifecycle, and drive compliance with DO-178/DO-254 and AS9100.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in hardware, software, or avionics system development.
• 4+ years direct, hands-on people management experience.

• Ensure compliance with AS9100, DO-178, and DO-254 processes.
• Provide clear product requirements and data to cross-functional teams to enable success.
