Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive defense/space systems experience.
• Proven leadership of technical teams in regulated aerospace environments.
• Strong systems thinking and experience across lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of systems engineers across defense/aerospace programs.
• Ensure execution aligns with customer requirements, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Support major reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR) and customer engagements.
• Collaborate with program management, chief engineers, software, hardware, test, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and field support.
• Manage staffing, performance, and development within the systems engineering organization.
