• In lieu of a degree, 16 years leading aerospace/defense system integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Systems Architects to set technical strategy and governance.
• Establish technical direction, standards, and design principles across platforms.
• Coordinate with chief engineers, project engineers, and program managers.
• Plan staffing, forecast manpower, and identify training needs for the team.
• Oversee design reviews, system integration, and lifecycle governance.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure mission alignment and system-of-systems coherence across programs.
