Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, Information Systems/Technology or related field.
• One year of experience (Master’s) or two years (Bachelor’s) with listed tech skills.
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, log analysis, UNIX development, Python, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise across engineering domains including datacenter design, networks, storage, grid compute, operating systems, databases and languages.
• Identify, analyze and resolve application issues; document repetitive error resolutions to minimize operational errors.
• Assist in monitoring reports to track and manage application health and support service performance.
• Support risk monitoring in production, change management, and incident reviews; contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
