Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise across engineering domains including datacenter design, networks, storage, and software languages.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues by documenting repetitive error resolutions and reducing operational errors.
• Assist in monitoring reports to track and manage application health and support service performance.
• Assist with business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and change management processes.
