Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant engineering, test, systems analysis, or analytical experience.
• Experience performing technical analysis of complex systems or test data.
• Proficiency with analytical tools and languages such as Python, MATLAB, SQL, or R.
• Ability to develop analytical scripts, data-processing tools, visualizations, and technical products.
• Strong Systems Engineering principles and system-level performance assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform system-level and element-level performance analysis of MDS test data.
• Analyze data from ground test, HWIL, flight test, and real-world events.
• Evaluate the MDS kill chain including sensor, tracking, discrimination, and engagement.
• Develop analytical approaches and methodologies to evaluate complex MDS behaviors.
• Develop and utilize data analysis tools, scripts, models, and visualizations.
• Identify data gaps and anomalies that affect interpretation.
• Prepare analytical products for official SEA/MDA reports and mission reviews.
• Collaborate with distributed teams including Warfighters and program focal points.
