Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (systems engineering or related).
• 5–10 years of systems engineering, architecture, integration, or defense engineering experience.
• Experience applying systems engineering processes to complex systems.
• Experience with system-level requirements development, allocation, and traceability.
• MBSE concepts and using MBSE tools for architectures and interfaces.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Systems Engineering teams in developing system-level solutions for MDA.
• Develop and evaluate system-of-systems architectures to support current and future MDS capabilities.
• Apply SE principles to assess alternatives, impacts, and integration considerations.
• Use MBSE tools to model behavior, architecture, requirements, interfaces and relationships.
• Lead requirements decomposition, allocation, and verification activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technically sound system solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations during reviews and engineering forums.
