Qualifications

• Experience administering ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Ability to support Call Center and Regional Office Queue Management System.
• Experience with enterprise application support and systems administration.
• Troubleshooting and coordinating resolutions of service disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping, including identifying, reconciling, and updating configuration items; validating relationships; investigating data inconsistencies; ensuring accuracy.
• Provide technical support for the Call Center application, including troubleshooting, monitoring, maintenance, testing, and enhancements.
• Support the Regional Office Queue Management System, including troubleshooting, configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and disaster recovery exercises.
• Monitor system functionality and performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions to ensure reliable service delivery.
