Job summary

AEG Presents seeks a Systems Engineer to support and maintain IT infra with a focus on SaaS apps like Office 365, AWS, and Google Workspace. You will provide Tier 2 technical support and collaborate across teams to deploy modern IT solutions.

You will manage endpoints (JAMF/Intune), assist in cloud provisioning, and ensure security standards across Windows/Linux servers and cloud platforms. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years IT experience with SaaS and cloud platforms.
• Experience in Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python).
• MDM tools like JAMF or Intune experience.
• Familiar with Windows/Linux servers and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding IAM, encryption, and vulnerability concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Good communication and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
• Certs such as ITIL V4, JAMF, or Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Experience with Intune and/or JAMF, SharePoint, and Atlassian is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Saas Application Support: administer and support major SaaS apps (Office 365, AWS, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, Jamf, Intune).
• System Maintenance: apply updates and patches to servers and cloud systems to ensure security.
• Cloud System Support: provision and configure cloud systems; support automation workflows.
• Business Application Integration: ensure data flow and interoperability between SaaS apps and IT systems.
• Endpoint Management: manage user endpoints and ensure security/compliance (JAMF, Intune).
• AV Conferencing Support: provide Tier 2 support for AV conferencing systems and room setups.
• Documentation: maintain up-to-date system configuration docs and incident reports.
• Collaboration: work with senior engineers and IT teams on upgrades and new tech implementation.
• Continuous Learning: stay updated on IT trends and best practices.
