Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Systems Engineer to ensure stability, integrity, and efficiency of information systems in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will support core business functions, deploy cloud-based infrastructure, manage IAM, and automate deployments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT leadership and engineers, strong customer-service orientation, and ongoing learning of new technologies within enterprise IT settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 5+ years IT/Network/System Administration experience.
• MCITP with 3+ years as Systems Engineer experience.
• CCNA certification advantageous.
• IT Security certifications (Security+ or CISSP) advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft server/desktop OS.
• Understanding of switches/routers/firewalls.
• Experience in enterprise environments preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of scalable infrastructure and applications.
• Evaluate systems and propose efficiency improvements.
• Manage core infra: Azure Local, Okta, Windows Server/Desktop OS, EntraID, Office 365, Intune, Mimecast.
• Implement and sustain IAM solutions (Okta, Office 365, EntraID).
• Coordinate cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, scalability, security.
• Automate tasks and deployments with scripting/automation tools.
• Integrate identity services across cloud platforms for secure access.
• Manage user provisioning/deprovisioning and access requests.
• Establish SSO and MFA across platforms.
• Collaborate with IT Ops Manager, Senior Systems Engineers, and Regional Service Delivery Manager.
• Create docs and drawings for labs, classrooms, or environments.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate and lead the implementation of scalable and robust infrastructure and applications that align with business objectives.
• Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements to efficiency, performance, and reliability.
• Deliver sophisticated technical assistance and management of crucial infrastructure systems such as Azure Local, Okta, Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, EntraID, Office 365, Intune, Mimecast, and various Windows HICs.
• Implement and sustain IAM solutions using OKTA, Office 365, and EntraID.
• Coordinate Cloud Infrastructure ensuring efficient cost and performance, scalability, compliance, and security.
• Automate routine tasks and deployments using scripting and various automation tools.
• Integrate identity services across cloud platforms to ensure seamless and secure access for users.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests through IAM platforms.
• Establish and maintain SSO and MFA settings across OKTA, Office 365, and EntraID.
• Work closely with the IT Operations Manager, Senior Systems Engineers, and Regional Service Delivery Manager to ensure outstanding customer service for all support needs.
• Develop documentation and prepare drawings, procedures, processes, and other related documentation for all labs, classrooms, or other aspects of work performed or environments built.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in IT.
• 5+ years of Information Technology/Network/System Administration experience.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments preferred.
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) with 3+ years of equivalent Systems Engineer experience.
• Understanding of the current AI landscape and desire to learn its future potential.
• Having a CCNA certification is advantageous.
• IT Security Certification such as Security+ and/or CISSP is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft server and desktop operating systems is essential.
• Basic knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls required.
• Experience supporting a Training and/or R&D environment preferred.
• Experience with project management approaches, procedures, and tools is a plus.
• Comprehension of ITIL methodology.
• Must be customer-focused and have outstanding verbal communication skills.
• Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must demonstrate good communication abilities, be capable of working independently, and collaborate well with others.
• Must be eager to learn new technologies and be a self-learner.
