Qualifications

• Must be eligible for access to classified information at the Secret level or higher.
• Experience with software application support using Java and Python is preferred.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills are required.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for configuration and maintenance of ARL's PLM CAD Tools (Teamcenter by Siemens).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deploy them.
• Support applications and databases using Java, Python, and Siemens configuration tools; assist with Linux deployments and virtualization.
• Maintain Jira Helpdesk tickets and update documentation in Confluence; ensure software is managed in Bitbucket.
• Ensure compliance and security requirements are met; investigate issues and perform cause analysis.
