Job summary

The Pennsylvania State University in University Park is seeking motivated undergraduate students to join ARL's Engineering Systems Research & Development Division for research and engineering opportunities.

These roles are designed for sophomores to seniors; work up to 20 hours/week during fall/spring and up to 40 hours/week in summer; familiarity with LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink, CAD/FEA and lab equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior undergraduate.
• Majors: Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Computer, Computer Science, or Physics.
• Experience with engineering lab test equipment and assembly tools.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink, CAD, FEA, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with electrical/mechanical design, analysis tools, signal processing, software development, modeling or embedded systems.
