Job summary

Penn State's Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) invites undergraduates to join as Systems Administrator Interns. You will contribute to maintaining the integrity of computer systems, operating systems, servers, and specialized environments, with opportunities to work on diverse IT tasks.

This position is up to 20 hours per week during fall and spring semesters and up to 40 hours per week during summer. CS/CE students with strong communication and writing skills are encouraged to apply; U.S.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, customer service, technical writing, and organizational skills.
• Experience in end-user technical support; networking; diagnosing and resolving issues; patching and documentation.
• Interest in systems administration and security-focused environments.
