Job summary

International Code Council seeks a Systems Engineer to operate and maintain infrastructure hardware and software. You will monitor health, diagnose issues, perform upgrades, and support end users as needed, ensuring reliable daily operations and data protection.

You will manage AD resources, implement Hyper-V clustering, and coordinate infrastructure projects while navigating a modern IT environment with Microsoft 365 services and backup recovery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 3–5 years' experience in systems administration and supporting enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manages, maintains, and monitors infrastructure services.
• Maintains installation, configuration, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Configure hardware, services, storage, and directories per standards.
• Deploys patches and updates for software and operating systems.
• Administers AD users, mailboxes, and resources as requested.
• Provides Tier 2 support for desktops and production software.
• Manages vendor and maintenance agreements.
• Configures and monitors backup solutions and recovery readiness.
