Responsibilities

• Manages, maintains, and monitors infrastructure services.
• Maintains installation, configuration, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Configures hardware, services, and storage per standards.
• Maintains system standards and coordinates infrastructure projects.
• Deploys patches and updates for software and OS.
• Administers AD users, mailboxes, and resources.
• Provides Tier 2 support for desktops and production software.
• Manages vendor and maintenance agreements.
• Configures backups and monitors data protection and recovery.
