Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Senior Certification Engineer to lead ground system certification for the New Glenn program. You will coordinate with program managers, systems engineers, and external customers to ensure certification readiness for processing, launch, and landing operations.

You will interface with US Space Force and NASA partners, plan complex activities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. A strong collaboration culture and customer-facing leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering or equivalent technical field.
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale aerospace development programs.
• Understanding of the Systems Engineering V and V closure.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary, fast-paced programs.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience with DOORS, Windchill, and secure data-sharing platforms.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Primary focal for New Glenn ground system certification activities and related scope.
• Manage USG program resources, schedules, and budgets to meet goals.
• Lead customer facing meetings and reviews for integration and planning.
• Collaborate with engineering and launch operations to deliver requirements.
• Create data formats and reporting for leadership on readiness and risks.
