Job summary

RTX in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Systems Engineer for the Space & Airborne Center within Systems Integration & Test to integrate hardware and software, develop test plans, debug and verify requirements across the product lifecycle. You’ll work with cross‑discipline teams and support tests in lab or field environments.

The role is onsite with up to 10% travel. Requires a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering completed before start.
• Experience with data analysis and automation using MATLAB or Python.
• Experience troubleshooting electronics with lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of integration, verification, or troubleshoot activities in labs, field, or Depot.
• Assist qualification of products and perform root cause analyses.
• Prepare reports and briefings; maintain design drawings and engineering databases.
