Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science from an accredited college or university.
• 1-2 years hands-on design, requirements development and implementation experience involving Engineering Systems, Hardware/Software Engineering, and/or Data Information Systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, global environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of Train Handling solutions.
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing customer and system requirements to support product development and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and successful product delivery.
• Participate in requirements reviews, design reviews, verification activities, and technical discussions.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and supporting resolution efforts.
• Contribute to field testing, validation, and evaluation activities for train automation and optimization solutions.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation and engineering deliverables.
• Learn operational concepts and apply them to product development efforts.
• Develop knowledge of industry standards, engineering best practices, and emerging technologies.
