Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics or computer science from an accredited college or university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, integration, testing, and enhancement of Train Handling solutions using sound systems engineering principles.
• Elicit, analyze, define, and manage customer and system requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Drive requirements reviews, design reviews, and verification activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues by analyzing system performance and root causes.
• Plan and execute field testing, validation, and evaluations to ensure performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and project status updates.
• Collaborate with railroad customers and internal stakeholders to translate operational challenges into effective solutions.
• Apply AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve engineering productivity and product innovation.
