Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer for an on-site role at our Tewksbury, MA facility. You will support testing, integration, verification, and data analysis to ensure radar system performance in real and simulated environments.

Join a multidisciplinary team to develop plans, document results, and drive system improvements. A Master’s degree in EE/CE and related STEM fields, plus experience in systems software, hardware, and testing, are required; US citizenship with security clearance is

Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM field by start date.
Experience with systems software, hardware, requirements, integration or testing.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement test plans and verification in simulated and real environments.
Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues via data analysis.
Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements.
Use modeling and simulation tools to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and assess impact.
Document integration plans, verify requirements and report results to leadership.
Perform data analysis of radar performance to ensure objectives.
Develop and track requirements across complex system architectures.
Travel up to 10% to support missions at RTX facilities and sites.
Role is onsite at RTX facility in Tewksbury, MA.
