Raytheon's Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking Senior Systems Engineers interested in Naval Radar engineering. Our Portsmouth, RI team primarily supports programs in the aval undersea and Naval surface domains, including sensor systems, mine countermeasures, submarines, torpedoes, combat systems, and ship architecture/integration. Our Naval Radar engineers perform radar data analysis and tracking, develop and manage system requirements, integrate hardware and software, develop test plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, and verify system requirements in support of final sell-off to the customer.
We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. Every day is a different set of challenges to overcome. You'll be expected to collaborate across disciplines and partner to implement solutions. In this role, you'll get to know a little bit about every aspect of the system and have a direct hand in making it all work together supporting teams of engineers engaged in integration and test efforts.
After completion of comprehensive on-the-job training, the candidate will be a part of a team supporting Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) activities across the product development lifecycle.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
