Lead the team in defining, managing, and validating system requirements across the full engineering lifecycle. Oversee technical work products to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established requirements and standards. Drive the development and continuous improvement of engineering processes, procedures, and methodologies that enhance system performance and team effectiveness. Coordinate system architecture, integration, verification, and deployment activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and traceable requirements. Collaborate across disciplines to resolve technical issues, mitigate risks, and maintain traceability configuration and requirements. Lead in overseeing technical work, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards. Exhibit the ability to overcome obstacles by proactively identifying potential roadblocks, negotiating changes to ensure project success, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve conflicts. Evaluate contracts, engineering strategies, and operational efficiencies to optimize spending, while identifying financial needs for projects or operations to ensure alignment with overall strategy, and addressing variances between actual and planned spending through corrective actions. Travel, domestic, to support customer events, with an expected travel requirement not exceeding 15%.
After completion of comprehensive on-the-job training, the candidate will be a part of a team supporting Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) activities across the product development lifecycle.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
