Job summary

iT1, a leading national technology solution provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ, seeks a Systems Engineer II (2nsShift) to join our team. You will handle monitoring, incident response, systems administration, network troubleshooting, escalation management, documentation, and operational support to keep client environments running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in infrastructure and managed services, experience with Windows Server, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, and PowerShell, and strong

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of infrastructure, systems, and networking experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience handling alerts through escalation, resolution, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure alerts, events, and monitoring-system notifications.
• Research, resolve, document, and communicate incidents within SLA targets.
• Provide troubleshooting for Meraki, Cisco VPNs, switching, routing, wireless, and firewalls.
• Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting tasks.
• Support VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V environments.
