HomeTown Pharmacy is seeking a Systems Engineer II to own and support the company’s IT infrastructure across Michigan locations. This hands-on role focuses on independently supporting, maintaining, and implementing healthcare IT systems with attention to detail.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure services across sites, maintain VPN and firewall connectivity, and drive infrastructure projects while ensuring uptime, performance and HIPAA-aligned security controls.

Qualifikationen

• 3–8+ years of experience in systems, infrastructure, or network engineering roles.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure (AWS exposure preferred).
• Solid understanding of networking (VPN, firewall configuration, routing, WAN/LAN).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Own and support key portions of enterprise infrastructure including servers, endpoints, and network systems
• Independently administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure/AWS services
• Support and maintain multi-site network connectivity (VPN, firewalls, routing, site-to-site links)
• Lead implementation of infrastructure projects and changes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and network issues
• Ensure system performance, uptime, and security standards are maintained
• Support integration of pharmacy and business systems
• Implement HIPAA-aligned security controls and operational procedure
