You will own deployments, integrations, and optimizations while partnering with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. The role emphasizes monitoring, incident response, automation using tools like Ansible and PowerShell, disaster recovery planning, and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 2–5 years of system administration or infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux, virtualization (VMware), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ansible).
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours and be on-call as needed.
• Ability to design, implement, and optimize IT systems with security and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement systems that meet performance, scalability, availability, and security requirements.
• Monitor system health, performance, and logs; optimize configurations.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Support disaster recovery planning and backups.
• Collaborate with security, development, and operations teams.
• Automate routine tasks using scripts and automation tools.
