The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field and 2–5 years’ experience, with a salary range of $87,000 to $125,000 annually and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
• 2–5 years of system administration, engineering, or infrastructure support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with senior engineers to design and implement systems meeting performance, scalability, availability, and security requirements.
• Performs regular system maintenance tasks including patching, updates, and backups.
• Monitors system health, performance, and logs to optimize configurations and reliability.
• Implements automation tools (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell) to reduce manual tasks.
• Supports incident response, root cause analysis, and documentation of issues affecting availability.
• Maintains system documentation, runbooks, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Mentors junior engineers and participates in training and knowledge sharing.
