Job summary

Acuity Insurance, Inc is seeking a cloud infrastructure engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. You will develop IaC with Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell, and build CI/CD pipelines that automate provisioning, testing, and deployment in hybrid environments.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT operations or security, with a strong focus on governance, automation, and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
• 3–5 years practical experience in computer operations, applications and/or information security.
• Solid knowledge of operating system hardware, software, networks, security and databases.
• Aptitude for problem identification and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions in Azure and AWS.
• Develop and operate IaC with Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Build CI/CD pipelines to provision, test, and deploy infrastructure.
• Implement governance, guardrails, and security testing.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and rehearsals.
