Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.

• Design and implement systems to meet performance, scalability, availability, and security requirements.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to align systems with business objectives.
• Monitor system health, performance metrics, and logs; optimize configurations for efficiency.
• Automate administration tasks using scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and automation frameworks (Ansible).
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and documentation of issues affecting availability or performance.
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans; ensure backups and data integrity.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and training.
