Job summary

iT1, a leading national technology solution provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Systems Engineer II for the 2nd shift to support managed services infrastructure. You will monitor, respond to incidents, and provide escalation and documentation to meet SLA targets, while working with Meraki/Cisco networks and Azure virtualization.

Senior engineers will mentor juniors, and you’ll contribute to change management, asset documentation, and automation using PowerShell to improve

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in infrastructure, systems, and networking.
• Experience in managed-services support.
• Strong Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP and M365 troubleshooting.
• Azure administration and virtualization familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to infrastructure alerts and incidents.
• Resolve, document, and communicate incidents within SLA targets.
• Network troubleshooting across Meraki, Cisco, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Maintain documentation, diagrams, and asset information.
• Assist in major incident response and root cause analysis.
• Use PowerShell to improve operations.
