iT1 is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer II to join our team and support internal and external managed services infrastructure. You will professionally monitor, respond to incidents, troubleshoot networks, and administer Windows/M365/Azure environments while documenting and following company standards.

As a technical escalation point, you will assist other teams, participate in major incidents, and help maintain diagrams, procedures, and assets.

Qualificações

• Monitor and respond to infrastructure alerts, events, and monitoring-system notifications.
• Research, resolve, document, and communicate internal and client incidents within defined SLA targets.
• Intermediate-level network troubleshooting including Meraki, Cisco, VPNs, switching, routing, wireless, firewalls.
• Intermediate-level Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
• Azure administration including VMs, storage, networking, backup, monitoring, and identity services.

This position serves as a critical point of contact between iT1 and its customers, providing monitoring, incident response, systems administration, network troubleshooting, escalation management, documentation, and operational support while ensuring assigned work is completed in adherence to company standards.

Requirements

• Monitor and respond to infrastructure alerts, events, and monitoring-system notifications.
• Research, resolve, document, and communicate internal and client incidents within defined SLA targets.
• Intermediate-level network troubleshooting and configuration (Meraki, Cisco, VPNs, switching, routing, wireless, firewalls).
• Intermediate-level Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
• Intermediate-level Azure administration including virtual machines, storage, networking, backup, monitoring, and identity services.
• Support VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V environments.
• Act as a technical escalation point for other support teams.
• Participate in major incident response, root cause analysis, and change management activities.
• Maintain diagrams, documentation, procedures, and asset information.
• Utilize PowerShell and automation tools where appropriate to improve operational efficiency.

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of infrastructure, systems, networking
• 3-5 years managed-services support experience preferred
• Experience supporting Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience working from alerts through escalation, resolution, and documentation.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with LogicMonitor, NinjaOne, ConnectWise PSA, IT Glue, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Excellent customer service, documentation, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical troubleshooting efforts.

• Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• VMware or Microsoft 365 Certifications

• Friday-Tuesday, 4:00am-12:30pm AZ
