Solerity, Inc. in Annapolis, MD is seeking a qualified IT Support Specialist with TS/SCI clearance to assist development teams and resolve access issues related to REST services.

You will use JIRA for ticket management and provide support via email, chat, and phone. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, problem solving, and the ability to communicate complex software systems, including documentation.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• Experience with online and telephone customer support
• Experience with LDAP directories
• SQL and basic database querying abilities
• RESTful services
• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Ticket tracking systems (e.g. JIRA, Redmine)
• Able to analyze system applications and perform troubleshooting
• Able to communicate complex software systems and write technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Aid development teams in understanding how to integrate and resolve issues with REST Services.
• Support end users to resolve issues where their accesses are being granted or denied incorrectly.
• Modify Confluence pages and write technical documentation to support customers.
• Assist with educating/training customers on software capabilities.
• Work independently.
