Job summary

Solerity is seeking a Mission Management professional to support customers integrating with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization services. You will assist development teams with REST integration and resolve access issues, while using JIRA for tickets and explaining complex software systems to customers.

Ideal candidates will have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, experience in customer support, LDAP, SQL, PKI, and experience documenting with Confluence.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Experience with online and telephone customer support.
• Familiarity with LDAP directories.
• SQL knowledge and basic database querying.
• Experience with RESTful services.
• Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Experience with ticket systems such as JIRA or Redmine.
• Ability to analyze system applications and troubleshoot.
• Ability to communicate complex software systems.
• Ability to modify Confluence pages and write technical documentation.
• Ability to educate/train customers on software capabilities.
• Ability to understand and define customer needs.
• Ability to work independently.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the Mission Management team candidate will be responsible for supporting customers who are integrating with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization services. Mission Management support will be provided to:

• aid development teams in understanding how to integrate and resolve issues with REST Services.
• Support end users to resolve issues where their accesses are being granted or denied incorrectly.

The candidate will use JIRA for ticket management and will provide support in a variety of methods not limited to e-mail, chat, and phone. Ideal candidate is someone who is an analytical thinker that enjoys solving puzzles/problems.

Requirements

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
