Job summary

DENSO is seeking a Production Control/Logistics analyst in Maryville, TN, within the North America Production Control Engineering (NAPCE) department. The role focuses on process improvement, training, inventory optimization, and system troubleshooting to support customer orders, shipping, and supplier orders.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations analysis, creating training materials, maintaining documentation, and leading inventory reduction efforts to align with demand and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or Supply Chain Management is required.
• 0-3 years of related experience.
• Preferred experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain management, customer ordering/shipping, inventory management, warehouse management and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations analysis to identify improvements and best practices for North America with a focus on weak areas.
• Identify training opportunities and system improvements to share best practices across DENSO North American plants.
• Create and maintain user documentation for North America Production Control and Logistics operations and systems.
• Conduct user training to improve knowledge and maximize system usage.
• Lead inventory reduction activities and ensure inventory levels align with demand and production stability.
• Oversee Helpdesk-type support for system issues and troubleshoot critical problems with IS teams.
