Job summary

DENSO’s North America Production Control Engineering (NAPCE) department seeks a Manager to support Production Control & Logistics operations for North America. The role focuses on process improvement, system design, training, and project management across multiple plants.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science or supply chain management, and around 10 years of related experience. Strong leadership and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or Supply Chain Management.
• 10 years of direct experience in related domains (production planning, material planning, shipping, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations analysis to identify improvements in user and system processes.
• Develop training and documentation to share best practices across North American plants.
• Design and test system specifications with IS and plant teams to ensure correct implementation.
• Manage customer requirements for shipping to Tier 1 customers including EDI, labels and ASNs.
• Create project plans, test plans, user training and documentation for projects of varying scope.
• Lead Helpdesk-style support to troubleshoot critical system issues with IS and users.
