Job summary

DENSO is seeking a Production Control Specialist to coordinate materials, inventory and production requirements for continuous manufacturing operations. You will liaise with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Suppliers and Quality teams to ensure materials are available when needed while maintaining inventory levels.

Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, resolving shortages, managing inventory accuracy, supporting cycle counting, and reducing excess inventory.

Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems and Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to monitor production schedules, material requirements, and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules and material requirements.
• Identify and resolve shortages; manage supplier delivery performance.
• Analyze inventory levels, DOH, production changes, and supplier conditions to identify risks.
