Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or higher required for role.
• SCI clearance at time of application; continued access based on program requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (often extended durations).

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and execute system-level integration and test procedures for Ground Element in factory and site environments.
• Plan and conduct dry-runs and run-for-record test executions, coordinating resources and data collection.
• Prepare materials for Test Readiness Reviews and Test Review Boards, including objectives, configurations, results, and discrepancies.
• Analyze test data to verify requirements, identify anomalies, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Provide inputs to RFCs and configuration/change control artifacts.
• Author and maintain Ground Element technical documents such as Network Interface Planning Documents and System Test Plans.
• Assist in hardware, software, and network integration within the ground system and troubleshoot interfaces.
• Collaborate with software, network, and systems engineering teams to ensure testability and verification of requirements.
• Participate in site installation, integration, and verification, including travel to operational locations.
