Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr Principal Systems Engineer – Level 4 to join our Space Systems Sector in Redondo Beach, CA. You will support factory and site testing, develop procedures, and present at TRRs/TRBs. Strong collaboration with software, network and systems teams is essential, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Active SCI clearance at time of application.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Minimum of three years of experience in test procedure development, test planning, and/or integration and test.
• Demonstrated written and oral communications skills through written requirements, test, and evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and execute system-level integration and test procedures for the Ground Element in factory and site environments.
• Plan and conduct dry-runs and run-for-record test executions, coordinating resources and data collection.
• Prepare and present material for TRRs and TRBs, including objectives, configurations, results, and discrepancies.
• Analyze test data to verify requirements, identify anomalies, and drive resolution with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop inputs to RFCs and configuration/change control artifacts based on test findings.
