You will support modernization efforts for UEWRs and PARCS radar systems, ensuring integration of new technologies within cost, schedule, and performance targets.

Ideal candidates have a BS in a STEM field, 1+ year of relevant experience (equivalent to 5+ years), and an active Secret clearance. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field; Systems Engineering degree preferred.
• 5+ years full-time professional experience for mid-level; 18+ for senior roles.
• Active Secret clearance required; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into hardware/software specifications and system solutions.
• Conduct concept of operations, requirements definition, and interface design studies.
• Perform system analysis, trade studies, and lifecycle cost estimation for modernization efforts.
• Lead technical planning, risk assessment, and integration of new technologies into radars.
