Job summary

ASRC Federal in Colorado Springs is seeking a Systems Integration & Test Engineer to support the Ground-based Radar Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) program. You will lead end-to-end integration and verification activities for a software-intensive radar capability, coordinating across systems, software, hardware, network, cyber, and program engineering teams.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; Master’s with 3+ years.
Experience developing verification procedures for software-intensive systems.
Experience executing formal system or software verification testing.
Experience developing test documentation (plans, procedures, reports).
Experience supporting system integration and troubleshooting.
Strong systems engineering principles and collaborative work across teams.
Ability to travel up to 30%, including CONUS and international locations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute system integration and test activities for software and hardware verification.
Create and maintain detailed test plans, procedures, and verification reports.
Develop formal requirements verification procedures for customer acceptance testing.
Support subsystem and system integration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Verify system performance against requirements and document results.
Maintain requirements traceability and verification documentation.
Review engineering docs to ensure test methods are complete and accurate.
Participate in integration planning, test readiness reviews, and formal events.
Develop integration scenarios and verification strategies for software/hardware.
Analyze test results and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
