Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. (nSI) is seeking multiple System Test Engineers to join the GMASS team in Colorado Springs, CO, supporting Ground Based Radar maintenance and modernization.

You will design, develop, and execute tests to ensure radar systems meet quality and warfighter expectations, while collaborating with engineering, cyber, and logistics teams. Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience preparing and executing subsystem/test plans, descriptions, and procedures.
• Ability to commute daily to Colorado Springs offices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute tests for radar systems.
• Create test plans, descriptions, scripts, procedures and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new test procedures.
• Analyze test results and report defects identified during testing.
• Maintain complete records of testing activities and results; support HW/SW updates.
