Raytheon Technologies in Colorado Springs is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to support the Missile Defense Sensors (MDS) team. Based onsite, you will lead GBR architectures, develop requirements, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver radar solutions for national security missions.

Required are a STEM degree with 8+ years of systems engineering experience, MBSE/Cameo familiarity, MATLAB and Linux skills, and the ability to work across disciplines while meeting program

Qualifikationen

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with 8+ years of experience.
Experience with Radar Systems or MBSE and Cameo.
Experience with MATLAB and Linux.

Aufgaben

Lead the development of GBR systems architectures and requirements.
Contribute to architectural framework updates, system-of-system functional and performance requirements, detailed algorithm descriptions, test scenario definitions, and verification approaches.
Conduct requirements analysis and benchmarking to validate algorithm designs and ensure system-level performance aligns with operational objectives.
Collaborate closely with software and integration/test engineers to deliver innovative and high-performing radar solutions.
