Job summary
Procede Software is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, administer, and improve our IT infrastructure and hosted client environments across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and security technologies. This in-office role in Solana Beach, CA requires hands-on problem solving and strong collaboration with the technical team.
You will monitor, troubleshoot, and implement improvements to ensure reliability, security, and performance for internal and hosted customer
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft-based infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, or related enterprise tech environments.
- Azure Administrator Associate AZ-104 certification is required or must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
- Ability to work onsite in Solana Beach, CA and to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot installed systems, infrastructure, operating systems, and security technologies.
- Analyze, prioritize, and resolve employee technical issues via multiple channels while escalating when needed.
- Administer endpoint management, server infrastructure, backups, firewalls, and access controls.
