Job summary

Procede Software in Solana Beach, CA is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, administer, and optimize our Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and network security environments. This hands-on role requires you to own incidents, implement improvements, and collaborate with developers and IT colleagues.

You will monitor infrastructure across hosted and on-premises components, ensure reliability and security, and participate in after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft-based infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, or related enterprise technology environments
• AZ-104 certification required or obtain within 12 months of hire as a condition of continued employment

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot installed systems, infrastructure, operating systems, application software, and system management tools
• Analyze, prioritize, and resolve employee technical issues through multiple channels while escalating appropriately
• Administer endpoint management, server infrastructure, security technologies, backups, and access controls
• Evaluate and implement improvements to information systems for reliability, security, and efficiency
• Provide advanced technical support for hosted customer infrastructure
